Landscaping Bucket.

Landscaping Bucket
01

Challenge

It started with a phone call. A dealer in Poland: "What if we built a landscaping bucket that grades a slope and screens the material in the same pass — that would work, wouldn't it?" A good question, with no product behind it yet.

02

Approach

The days between that call and an answer are where the engineering happens. KOVACO turned the idea into a working attachment: a toothed cutting edge that catches grass and saplings, a hydraulically driven rotor that mixes the soil, a perforated curved back that lets fine soil through while stones and roots stay in the bucket — and ±45° hydraulic tilt to follow the slope. Clear, screen and level, in a single pass.

03

Result

Three weeks after the phone call, the dealer was filming the finished bucket at a trade fair, demonstrating it to customers on the stand. Those three weeks — from a question on the phone to a machine working in front of buyers — are how many of KOVACO's 200+ attachment models came to exist. Designed and built in-house at KOVACO.
